How we protect your data
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection regulations of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to privacy and protection from the misuse of their personal data. We strictly adhere to these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we make every effort to protect our databases as best as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or falsification.
When accessing our websites, the following data is stored in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request, and general information about the operating system and browser. These usage data form the basis for anonymous statistical analyses, allowing us to identify trends and continuously improve our offerings.

Contact Forms
When you fill out a form on our website, you consent to the storage of your contact details. This serves as a convenience feature so that you do not have to re-enter your information when submitting another form. These cookies are stored for one year.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our website, you may consent to the storage of your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is a convenience feature so that you do not have to re-enter your information when writing another comment. These cookies are stored for one year.
If you have an account and log in to this website, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and display preferences. Login cookies expire after two days, and display preference cookies after one year. If you select “Keep me logged in,” your login will be maintained for two weeks. When you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.
Embedded content from other websites
Posts on this website may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the other website directly.
These external websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking services, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content — including tracking your interaction if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics
Our online services use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (“Google”). Google uses cookies that enable an analysis of how you use our website. The information generated by these cookies about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on our website, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide us with other services related to website and internet usage.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, please note that if you do so, you may not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by cookies and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/). This sets an opt-out cookie that prevents future data collection when visiting our website. Please note that if you delete all cookies on your device, this opt-out cookie will also be deleted; in this case, you must set the cookie again using the plugin if you wish to continue opting out. The opt-out cookie is set per top-level domain, browser, and device, and prevents data collection only for this specific website.
This website uses Google Analytics with the “_anonymizeIp()” extension. This ensures that IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, making it impossible to associate them with a specific person. If any data collected about you can be linked to a person, such personal references are immediately excluded and the personal data promptly deleted.
We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The resulting statistics help us to improve our offerings and make them more interesting for you as a user. In exceptional cases where personal data is transferred to the USA, Google LLC has committed to the EU-US Privacy Shield (https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework). The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR.

How long we store your data
When you fill out a form, its contents — including metadata — are stored indefinitely.
For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (the username cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and modify this information.
What rights you have regarding your data
If you have an account on this website or have left comments, you can request an export of the personal data we hold about you — including all data you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of all personal data we have stored about you. This does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
While you visit our site, we track:
* Products you’ve viewed: for example, to show you recently viewed items.
* Location, IP address, and browser type: we use this to estimate taxes and shipping costs.
* Shipping address: we ask for this to estimate delivery costs and complete your order.
We also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you browse our website.
When you make a purchase with us, we ask for your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details, and optional account information such as username and password. We use this information for the following purposes:
– To send you information about your account and order
– To respond to your inquiries, including refunds and complaints
– To process payments and prevent fraud
– To set up your account for our shop
– To fulfill legal obligations (e.g., tax calculations)
– To improve our store offerings
– To send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we store your name, address, email address, and phone number, which will automatically fill in the checkout form for future orders.
We generally retain information about you for as long as necessary for the purposes for which we collect and use it, unless we are legally required to keep it longer. For example, we store order information for one year for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address, and billing and shipping address.
We also store comments or reviews if you choose to leave them.
